Hi there!
I'm Rebeka, Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, lover of all things food, & founder of Nutrition with Rebeka. I was born & raised in LaSalle, Ontario & absolutely LOVE being outdoors. When I'm not working with my clients, you can often find me going for a stroll, rollerblading or spending time with my nieces & nephews!
As a Registered Dietitian, my mission is to help you improve your 4 B's (Body weight, Blood sugars, Blood cholesterol &/or Blood pressure) through the foods you eat so that you can live a longer & healthier life.

Unfortunately, with so many fads, gimmicks & nutrition misinformation out there, it can be difficult to know what to eat... That's where I come in! I provide reliable, evidence-based information you can trust to increase your confidence in improving your health & get you back to doing the things you love!

Coming up on 6 years as a Registered Dietitian, my experience has included working one-on-one with clients in health centres, doctors offices', pharmacies & in the home care setting. I've taught numerous classes on weight management, diabetes management & healthy eating. I often use motivational interviewing & behaviour change techniques with my clients to help promote positive lifestyle modifications.
